“Beach Is like few minutes to walk. Hotel Is situated in great Area.”
Great Area opposite city centre. Calm part of Batumi, heated swimming pool, not crowded lift. A good shops in hotel Area. I recomend this hotel much more as Orbi Complex.

The apartment was clean however a very toxic sewage smell emanating from the toilet. The music played in the pool area was loud and could be heard inside the apartment even from the 7th floor. If only they play it less loud and change the songs. It seemed the same songs over and over.

Parking security guys are the worst, i paid my first day for four days and every single day they were asking me to pay again, the worst experience ever, every day is arguing and fighting with those guys, who are changing everyday, and they don’t care about previous guys at all, i asked them to call and ask, because i paid but The last guy on 7th of August was anything but not human, worst experience, he wasnt letting me go out, this is my last day and i paid for four days 20 gel, i want to use the worst words to describe him, if management can see my comment, i will repeat hundred times this is my worst experience, so much disappointed

Everything was perfect. One small suggestion would be to include black (whole grain) bread in the breakfast options, to better accommodate guests who follow a healthy lifestyle.

The location, the rooms, the pool and the facility overall was exceptional. Service are available right within the resort. The staff are amazingly helpful and are very responsive. The rooms are fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and equipment in addition to ironing, washer, and a dining table
