Everything was very clean. And there was everything what I needed. Location great, in old Batumi. Perfect place to stay for a long time. Owner was fantastic and very friendly woman. I loved her❤️and come back here again

“Tangerines and homemade wine as a New Year’s gift.”

A welcoming host gave us tangerines and homemade wine as a New Year’s gift. The storage was well-organized, with plenty of deep cabinets. We were welcomed late in the evening with a friendly reception. The apartment was warm.

Great location, beautiful building and territory, stable high speed WiFi, very welcoming host. We had a room with amazing terrace (view from terrace and room itself is marvellous). Would like to stay longer if could.

Super nice, small aparrment with a cozy, big balcony. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfy, kitchen was well equipped and there was a microwave oven which was lacking in many other accomodations where I stayed in Georgia. It was very quiet place to sleep and location was good. There were a supermarket and many restaurants very near. Also a short walk to Boulevard. I got also some wine from the owner when I arrived. I wished I would have stayed for a longer time !

“My preferred stay in Batumi”

The apartment I stayed at was rather petite, but cosy, comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed the balcony with a view on old Batumi. The location is excellent, close to the beach and other main attractions and buses. The lovely hosts are living in the same house on the first floor. When I asked for help, they promptly responded and resolved the issue.

It was super comfy place. Clean, quiet and perfectly located. Super friendly hosts. Easy to find and easy to check-in/check-out.

The family, the owners, were most friendly and helpful. We had a small language barrier but everything was perfect and I felt well cared for. As a single female traveler I prefer staying in the beautiful family home rather than a hotel. The location was exactly what I wanted- very close to the waterfront, but back several blocks in a shielded, cute neighborhood that has all the shops I needed within a block. I will stay there again when I return to Batumi.

My best stay ever in Batumi. Extremely friendly landlady, rooms are quiet and cosy, lots of storage space. Villa is located in a side lane, so the street is also very calm.

Comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen had everything. Heating was turned on for us. Nice location.

We stayed in the rooftop studio. It has an excellent terrace and it's really comfortable. There's a small kitchen area and a washing machine. Great friendly family. One person speaks excellent English. It's very well located. It was excellent value.

Our apartment was clean and cozy, complete with an amazing terrace. The staff was welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the charming old town and Batumi Boulevard. Our stay here was thoroughly enjoyable; thank you!

“The best accommodation in Batumi”

It was the best stay in Batumi! We liked everything: welcoming host, refurbished apartment, great facilities – there was everything, including a hairdryer, an ironing board, a washing machine, and kitchenware. The most amazing thing was our own terrace with a captivating view and a swimming pool. We also enjoyed the smell in the house 😂, as well as the beautiful pictures and flowers in the stairwell

the location is great, centre of old Batumi. you can reach any place on foot. the terrace is just tremendous) you can’t leave the place. we even slept over the check out time but the owners were so kind to let the early check-in and late check out) thank you

“Perfect location in the heart of Old Batumi.”

Host's we're very helpful. Place was extremely clean & close to everything. My 16yr old loved the sofa lounge, says it was very comfy. Great location. The wine on arrival was absolutely beautiful. Fantastic variety of restaurants & bars close by. Many shops and tourist sites in walking distance as well. I would definitely book again and I highly recommend this place.
