“We had a wonderful time during our stay at the hotel, and it was worth every penny we paid.”
The breakfast was good, and the location is close to supermarkets and a mall. The room is suitable for two people and, in fact, big enough for two people. All the staff were accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping team did a great job.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. 1. **Room Service and Maintenance**: The TV channels in our room were not working, and despite informing the reception, the issue was disregarded completely. Additionally, when we activated the "Make Up My Room" indicator, the housekeeping staff only attended to our room after two days—and only after we raised a complaint. 2. **Staff Attitude**: The staff appeared indifferent and unmotivated in their duties. Their lack of care left a lasting impression that they prioritize having tourists over actually providing quality service. 3. **Breakfast Quality**: The breakfast was disappointing. Mold was spotted on some of the bread, and the fruit seemed to be old leftovers from previous mornings. It tasted off and did not meet even basic standards of freshness. When we addressed these concerns with the staff, they responded with complete apathy, showing no regard for whether their neglect might affect the health of their guests. Overall, this hotel showed a glaring lack of professionalism and accountability. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve their service and facilities. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to other travelers.

I had a good stay at this hotel in Batumi. The location is excellent, right on the shore of the Black Sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful environment. Everything was overall fine, and I enjoyed my time here. My only suggestion is that the hotel may need some renovations in the near future to keep up its standards. Despite that, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend it to other

“Would definitely book the property again if get a chance to visit Batumi”
Location is amazing as it is right on the boulevard and direct access to beach. Breakfast spread is vast and it’s very fresh. We like the service and amiable staff. It was pleasant and luxury stay. Rooms are very spacious. We were on ninth floor and it looked it we are staying in the sea only.
