Very good location, just a few minutes to the sea front. Large room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor was excellent and the view from the restaurant of sea and mountains is fantastic.

The staff are wonderful. They are very helpful and the atmosphere is very quiet. The restaurant on the ground floor has a fantastic view. The food is also good. The hotel's location is very central; everything is close to you. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Batumi.

Crazy place, cheap price compared to the excessive hotels that charge ten times the price. The place is really clean, there is no dust on the closet. The employees give perfect service. We really liked them. We booked one night at first with a check-out at 11 and we wanted to take three more nights. It turned out really cheap and they didn't take the difference in money from the check-in.

Great location. Walking distance to most places. Nice breakfast room with panoramic views. Plenty of restaurants close by

Close to everything, big room and all have nice views!

The start of communication was awful, the receptionist greeted me in Russian, in Georgia, where 20% of the country is occupied by Russia, the stuff’s first language despite the fact that they are Georgians, is Russian and not native language. I had booked delux double room with balcony and they gave me room with french balcony and when I complained they said that the building only has french balconies. Then I asked them to give me the room that was similar to ones in the photos (as it was totally different and I was not sure that it was the type of room I had booked) the receptionist called the manager and it turned out that they have rooms with balconies and after some time the room was ready and and I checked in. But the room had two separate beds, places together and covered with one sheet, is it double bed? But I did not have energy to talk with the receptionist or manager once again. So I stayed in the room. Oh and the room had another additional armchair transformed in bed and prepared but we were only two and did not need the third bed (so confusing). So this was the first and last time I visited this hotel

not far from the sea, though the crossroad the hotel located at is very busy and noisy.

Hotel is very nice, stuff also very nice and friendly, always keen to help, location is really Superb! in old town of Batumi which is one of the prettiest part of the city, very close to all the Batumi main attractions. I would recommend this place for tourists to stay in Batumi. Also breakfast was on the top floor of he building and we had a great sea and city view from there.
