I choose this wonderful hotel every time I visit Batumi. It always amazes me with its hospitality, excellent service, and unforgettable sea views. This time, I was amazed by the new design and quality of the hotel rooms, the high-tech control of all room elements, and, of course, the highly equipped spa complex, I really liked the restaurant on the 20th floor. The hotel is well set near the local downtown and is central !! It is very well done from the inside and has well allocated rooms across a tall tower. The breakfast is also good

“You book Sheraton to get Sheraton + Georgian hospitality !!!!”
Location of the hotel was main reason for booking it and it was right choice. Beach, park, promenade, old town, all within 1-8min walking which was for us perfect. Front desk staff, which was helpful in different matters / issues /requests we have had. Thank you, good job ! View from the room absolutely stunning, overlooking Black Sea, Batumi and Mountains.

“Avoid Sheraton Batumi – Serious Service & Safety Failures Stay: July 30 – August 5”
The only positives: a good location and a pool that anyone can access for a fee. Everything else—from cleanliness to service to safety—was far below Sheraton’s brand promise.
