“Good”
Room is comparable to rental flat - it has kitchenette and washing maschine, and it is big enough to place our stuff. i like the chairs very much. Air conditioner work also like heater - good for winter stays

The building is very close to the sea, which could be seen from the balcony of the room. The room itself was light, clean and cosy. I really enjoyed the stay in my so much-beloved sunny Batumi. The weather in late March could not have been any better!

Transportation is very easy and cheap. Finished blocks were looking very good especially at night with lights. The room is good but the sink has seemed clogged.

“Modern stay in Batumi”
Comfortable and spacious room, had a view from 43rd floor. It was comfortable to relax and work from there. Though the address and place is wuite confusing to find yourself, but local taxi drivers know everything. Close to the seaside and promenade.
