We booked a family room, and it was very spacious with panoramic sea views. The massage was wonderful, even though the spa and pool area is on the smaller side. The outdoor pool was closed during our stay, but the overall experience was still great.

It was my first time visiting Batumi and the staff took a really good care of ourselves during the visit. A special thanks to Vallho who made our checkin special. The location is good and also the bar at the top gives you an excellent view.

Even though my English is limited and I am Turkish, she made a great effort to understand me and assist with everything I needed. Her positive attitude and support made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to mention Ira, Vakho, and Giorgi — they were all very kind and supportive as well. Do not stay here. Terrible and unsafe experience. The staff forced me to return compensation in cash under pressure and threatened to call the police. During my stay, unknown people were sent to my room and harassed me and my friend. Completely unacceptable behavior. Avoid this hot
