Bessarion is a kind, responsive and communicative person. The apartment is located in a high-rise building with a very good location. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, and from the bedroom window and balcony there is an impressive and beautiful view of the sea, mountains, promenade and attractions in the immediate vicinity. I will reveal that one of the elevators can be used to go up to the 42nd floor of the building, from which the corridor offers an impressive panoramic view of the sea and the city.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description, even exceeding the first impression. Dizzying view from the windows! to the sea and to the mountains. There were 2 adults and 2 children living, and everything we needed was there. Separately, I would like to note the friendliness of the owner, as well as the ease of communication with him.

I stayed in a lovely apartment in Batumi with an amazing panoramic view. The place is very modern, comfortable, and cosy. It’s in the best location in Batumi, close to everything. A great choice for a stay, highly recommend!

You can't have better location than this in whole Batumi. one of the best location view was fantastic. One bedroom appartment is infornt of Alphabet tower with high speed internet, comfy sofa and bed. Bessarion explained everything clearly and the check out was easy.

The location of the appartment with all the modern day facilities is simply amazing.The balcony of the appartment overlooking the black sea is simply breathtaking.The aesthetics of the appartment gives you a nice and cozy vibe far off from the hustle bustle of the street.

The location is the best in all Batumi, the room is the best and with all comforts, sea and mountain view, most importantly you are on the beach in a minute. I will definitely come to this issue again next year and I recommend you to see it with your own eyes and enjoy it. ✌️👍

The apartment was beautiful with all necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed and fabulous location. The icing on the cake was the view from the balcony - overlooking Miracle park! Owner Besso was very helpful and sent us necessary information before arrival. Parking in complex basement!

Perfect location, nice view. I liked reception desk with a gentlemen who assisted us to keep our luggage before check-in. The complex is well made, like a good hotel. The appartment is very clean. We fell very well there and will advise to our friends to stay there.
