“A pleasant stay in the heart of Batumi, but the strict check-in policy and lack of communication need improvement.”
The hotel has an excellent central location in Piazza Square with beautiful architecture and a lively atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall facilities were well maintained. Staff were generally polite and helpful.

Unusual location - we stayed in the clock tower on the top floor with amazing views. Restaurant and bar with live music in the piazza below.

“Overall, I can say that it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.”
Our room was on the top floor of the tower, and had two separate balconies. One facing the sea, the other facing the city, which was absolutely dreamy. It also had a view of the Piazza from the balcony.

“Great stay in beautiful setting”
For our last night in Batumi we booked at the Piazza Boutique Hotel, and what a great experience. A quaint little hotel in the clock tower. Truly magical right in the centre of the old town.

“Beautiful location & amazing stay”
Amazing location, near to all main attractions of the city. We got a room at 9th floor with 2 balconies opening at 2 different sides of the tower. Room was clean, bathroom had the jet spray along with other amenities and each floor has 2 rooms only which was much peaceful for the stay
