The owner's son is particularly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. However, there's a cleaning lady who cleans the rooms, and she's very sullen, cold-faced, and very rude to guests. Other than that, the owner's son is excellent, and the rooms are great. Yes, I would choose him again.

Overall, all was good. Other than that all was amazing, the balcony, view from the roof, breakfast was ok and you can find yourself what to eat quite easily.

“Very good place that i recommend with worm and love”
The location of the hotel was amazing, and it's located just a minute walk from the main streets. We managed to do early check-in, and the guys from the reception were very kind and assisted with lots of kindness. On our last day, they even gave us the option for a late check-out, which was incredibly helpful as it allowed us to explore the city a bit more before our departure. We will definitely visit there again and recommend them for sure.

Perfect location (old city, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, including excellent "8000 Vintages" wine bar), nice terrace view to the Black sea (5 mins walk), extra friendly and attentive staff, highest level cleanness. 24/7 reception (no limitations as it often happens in Batumi)

“I like pretty much everything during my stay. My expectations are met with price I have paid.”
Accomadation price is reasonable. Hotel staffs were excellent and beautiful heart. Just a small recommendation from me is a bit better greetings would be great. Like GMs in mornings when guests are in the reception or common area and welcoming words when guests are back to hotel. Just adding a few words would be great for their approach.
