We had a minor issue with our room upon check-in, but the receptionist handled it quickly and professionally. The room was very clean, and the view was beautiful. All the staff, including security, were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice location with a lot of stores nearby. Also, the sea is quite near (around 7-15 minutes). The flat was good with all the necessary things like TV, Wi-Fi (which was good), washing machine and so on.

excellent cleanliness comfort good bed good internet air conditioning very quiet place, no parties around no electricity or elevators problems, neither water issues shower head holder was broken but fixed same day later

We were so glad to stay here.Location was very good.It took 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were lots of restaurants and markets around the hotel. Managers were helpful.

Everything is dirty with a lot of womens hair and uncleanliness bed pads it’s so stressful and dirty and they lied about the rooms and the rooms aren’t the same as pictures at alllll!

Rooms were clean, modern, big and actually we could sit in the living room (7 people). The location was good.

Very nice staff, very clean room and bathroom, there was a modern washing machine and a drying rack. Beautiful views from the 17th floor. Not very central but quite close to the beach.

“High level of customer focus”
Reception manager, Nino, provided the opportunity to check in earlier in the room after a difficult journey. Also, at the end of the vacation, an unexpected circumstance happened - I got sick, and Nino kindly provided the opportunity for a late check-out, which made my trip easier. Thank you very much! Unexpectedly, we were provided with an apartment with a good view of the sea and the city on the 18th floor. So, I had the opportunity to have a dinner with a view of the sea sunset.
