We had a small issue with the smart lock when we arrived, but the host answered right away and patiently guided us until everything was resolved. It had a wonderful balcony view. It was very close to the sea, just a 5-minute walk away. The room has everything you need. Bigger and more comfortable than I thought.

The apartment is in a fairly new building, which looks nice and is easy to find after walking around Batumi :) We lived on the 16th floor, our friends -- on the 28th. The view of the sea and the neighboring beautiful (especially at night) high-rise buildings is amazing. The room has everything you need, including a corkscrew (you know what I mean :). The price-quality ratio is 100%.
