The lady is very nice. She was kind enough to allow very late check-in maybe at 2 or 3am. Very nice and very helpful. Thanks a lot we will come again :)

“Convenient room with great hosts”
The hosts Igor and Svetlana are super hospitable and treat guests like family. They live in the same building and respond immediately to any issue that arises. On arrival, I reported to the building reception who called up to summon them and they arrived within a few minutes with keys and information. There was a problem with the washing machine during our stay so they took laundry to their own flat and did it for us. The room itself is comfortable and well equipped. It has a lovely terrace with views to the mountains and sea. It is only 5 minutes to the beach and on the main street with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Being on the 12th floor it is also removed from street noise.

Mrs. Svetlana is very nice and is ready to help her guests in every way. The value for money is excellent. Otherwise, you should be careful when booking accommodation in these skyscrapers because most apartment owners do not take care of rooms and guests like Mrs. Svetlana.

Accommodation on the 12th floor of a skyscraper with a good view from the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the hostess is nice and helpful.

“My Batumi Apartments”
Everything is good, as always. This is not the first time we have stopped here. And everything is fine! Locations, and apartments, and the hostess! There is everything you need for your stay: towels, hair dryer, iron, clothes dryer. In the kitchen there is a variety of cooking utensils - pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Cozy and clean in the room.

Amazing sea view! Apartment had everything (toiletries; air conditioning; TV; microwave; refrigerator; even the beach towels). Rooms were clean OFC and apartment looked even better than the pictures. Our host, Svetlana was very nice, punctual and helpful. One of the big reasons to choose her apartment:) We loved our stay!

“Relaxing location”
Great location beside the beach and is situated about halfway along the 7km Boulevard. Apartment was very well presented, comfortable and clean with all necessary facilities. The owner was great, very welcoming and helpful. Overall great value for money.
