We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's very homey, clean, and cozy. The hosts are welcoming and polite, always attentive to any requests. The location in the old town is excellent, and the view from the window is stunning. We'll be back!

This is my second stay at this hotel. I chose it for the room with a large terrace on the top floor, which offers a fantastic view of the surrounding area. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The price is fair, but don't expect gold door handles. It's simply a good hotel in the Old Town.

The location is perfect, right next to the seaside of the old boulevard which is the beautiful side of Batumi. Price is very very affordable so for this price it is the best you can get. Room was spacious and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist cat "Miki" is the bonus :) We stayed in December and there was no breakfast, i don't know about the summer season

The staff were super helpful and nice to us. We were arriving late around 3 AM and they still helped us so nicely although check in was closed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The balcony was a great addition with a really nice view.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Tina and her team for their kindness and attentive service. The way you are treated at the place where you stay truly shapes the overall experience. Although my stay was short, I felt very welcome, even after changing my check-in time several times. If you are crossing the country by car, keep in mind that border control may take several hours—we spent about two and a half hours. Aside from that, the hotel is very well located, everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. If I return to Batumi, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Cozy place. Amazing view”

The place is very cozy and amazingly decorated. The guy in the reception is super friendly and he was always super polite. The location in old town is super convenient, very nice area around and very quiet at night .

Nice rooms, perfect location, and friendly staff. We stayed for 4 might, and it was excellent value for money. So whenever I am back in Batumi, I will definitely stay there again.
