Great location of the hotel. I really liked the food and the breakfast. The restaurant is open 24 hours, which is very convenient. Despite the casino, there was no noise at all. The room was excellent and very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel offers good services and some of the best professionals around. There are good bars and restaurants within walking distance of everywhere.

I would like to thank all the staff and crew working in the hotel in all areas, and I would especially like to thank the hotel manager, the last employee in the hotel. You are truly wonderful and creative. Thank you for your wonderful and beautiful service.

Nothing absolutely rubbish. The hotel rooms Ac weren’t working and they moved us to a downgraded room and had to hustle between the rooms late at night for two consecutive nights and the staff was not at all appologetic.

The location of the hotel was very central and quite convenient, but as the whole city center was completely and madly parked with cars, it was still hard to get around. The overall appearance of the hotel was nice, the building was reasonably new and neat, the facilities were clean. There was some touch of the 5 star rating too, like Molton Brown cosmetics in the room, but not much.

The employee at the front desk was not friendly. They provided me with a room on the roof, and there was no elevator to the roof. Which was difficult for old people.

Excellent breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds. The staff was helpful providing all the information we needed and by helping us to find a parking spot for a car (which was a demanding task at the time we arrived).

Location in the heart of Batumi, renovated hotel, excellent bed for good sleeping, restaurant and bar open 24 hours, all other features of 4-stars hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely beautiful — both in appearance and in the way they treated guests. I also had an important work call on the day of our departure and needed to extend our stay by two extra hours. The hotel team was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to hold a conference call in a comfortable setting. Their support made a big difference and allowed me to focus on my work without any stress. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality!
