Location is great, 5-10 minutes walk to shops, market. 15 min to bus station. Small cozy place in the heart of Batumi. Welcome coffee and cookies :) I was alone during 2.5 days and I like it. End of November is low season already.

The Manuchar elderly couple are lovely, and the lady gave me a nice coffee for 3 mornings upon wake up. Tea always available. Location is easy pleasant walking around Batumi to cafes and restaurants. Very pleasant small balcony; laundry was easy.

“Suited our on-the-move needs”
The owners/couple were very helpful. The room was clean and suitable. The shared bathroom and eating area were also clean. We did not receive a key; the owners open the upstairs entrance door.

The hotel was clean. The location was in the city center, I could reach anywhere I wanted on foot. The common areas were clean and the most important rooms were very nice. In general, I liked everything very much. And the hosts were very welcoming.

“Cozy place, nice host”
The host was very friendly and gave us tea and coffee when we arrived. Room is next to a cozy (shared) balcony. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Location close to the water.

“Lovely homestay close the sea!!!”
We loved loved this place! The couple who run it are sooo cute and made as khachapuri and were always trying to look after us despite the language barrier. Really clean. Hot shower. Good WiFi. Really good location close to seafront and central spots but still really lovely and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Thank you so much to the hosts. Such lovely people. Made us feel so welcome! Tried some delicious homade Georgian treats and were provided with matching ponchos in the rain! Highly recommend staying here we had a lovely time thank you!
