It is a great value for money. I arrived at 2a.m and host responded my call and met me at place (their house is on top of the apartment). House was very clean and location is nice, quite street. It is deeper in town but not far away, 5-7 minutes on taxi from city center. One grocery shop in nearby. Accommodation has no air conditioning but has a hug windows in living room (bedroom has no window) and ventilator, so it was not hot during the night (i was not at home during the day so do not know how it feels).
