“Amazing guest house in the centre of old Batumi”

This guesthouse is amazing, close to everything, spotless clean and we’ve booked the room with a terrace, you basically have the whole roof to yourself. You can do yoga there in the morning or watch stars at night, or have a coffee watching the sunset. For this price it’s a steal. The room is cleaned everyday (and towels are changed as well).

the room was bright, clean, with a sea view. had a terrace. there was a kettle and glasses in the room. it was spacious, the bathroom was comfortable.

It was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. It is very close to the Piazza square and my room was facing the clock on the square. The double bed was comfortable and my room was cleaned every day. The owners were also very caring, they even offered to give an umbrella when it was raining. Thank you for everything.

Location is perfect. The building is very nice. The interior is modern but matches well the old classical facades. Balcony is in shadow at morning hours and offers a perfect place for breakfast. The ceiling is high, so the space feels bigger than it actually is. Staff is nice and helpful.
