Check in and check out was very smooth and quick. We met two receptionists, the one that is experienced did pay alot of attention to our needs that made us feel that we are desired guests. On check out the younger receptionist was also attentive to us even though we were already leaving.

Excellent option for this price even there was a cute balcony. Literally in the heart of Batumi old town. Easy to access both building and reception. Hosts were very helpful.

Batumi is a relatively small city, everywhere you can walk. distance to the sea approx. 400 meters. the cable car is also a short walk away as is the amusement park. very interesting architecture of modern hote

The location is nice, walking distance to the main places, the breakfast is served on the roof and was not bad. They suggested us another option that we booked that was great because the rooms on the ground floor have iron on the windows and look to the noisy street. The rooms on the 4th floor have balcony and a nice view on the city clock tower. They suggested help with parking the car on the busy street but we managed to find a place. The staff is helpful.

“Plausasable cheap place with good location only thing going fo hit”
Location was good, some friendly staff but the "Old Bait and switch " as in Booking quoted me a prices and the changed more unless I took the super crappy "Booking.com room" on ground floor. Breakfast was horrible, lady was grumpy. there are nicer places down the beach but at least it was a good location. Young Russian guy was helpful an spoke English.

“Comfortable location, good value for money”
The location is great, very close to the Sea Port, older and more quiet area of the city, very easy to find. The staff was also very helpful, they kindly agreed to keep our luggage before check-in time.
