Great view to Batumi, great breakfast and good price. Might be hard to find, but the hosts are sending information how to find them. If you use Google maps use Botanical Garden upper entrance bus station from that point it is easy to find them.

The apartment was extremely clean and had a beautiful sea view. The family was very kind, respectful, and had great manners. They even prepared an amazing private breakfast just for us, which was a really special touch. I highly recommend this place.

Everything :) It was fantastic, the hospitality, the helpfullness, the food was amazing! they are the best. And the location is awsom too, but to the city every half an hour and also Wolt came. Thank you Maia and your family!!!

Location is the best spot. Hosts are helpful and friendly. Authentic Georgian breakfast. Highly recommended. Maybe adding an outdoor pool or spa could be even better.

“Just an OK guest house”
Great food in the local cafe; nature; great views, nice and quiet location; you can take the breakfast to your room; you can bring your own food and drinks to the cafe; a taxi is able to come there, even though the place is quite far from the city and inconvenient for a car; a cat.

“Quiet place with the unforgettable view”
The main feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the beautiful view. We had a room with a cliff view of the city and the sea, and we were amazed by the scenery. Hotel located in the very quiet place about 10 minutes walk from one of the entrance to the Botanical garden and the buss stop. About 20 minutes on the taxi from the very center of the city. Wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts. Great breakfast, clean room and territory also leave very positive impression.

“Beautiful view and flexible staff”
Beautiful view! A bit difficult to find. Don't take a Bolt to get there, make sure you use Yandex. Helpful and flexible staff who very kindly let us check out late because the weather was terrible when we stayed and we had a train in the evening so nowhere to go. Very kind of them and this was really appreciated. Note only Russian is spoken here.
