Grear location close to everything. Welcoming owner. Bright spacious room with a lot of storage. The place has its own style with lots of paintings. Breakfast was ok in a cafe just across the narrow street. This cozy street location will definitely stay in memory )

Nice location. The place is run by a lovely family who were very accommodating. They even let me have my breakfast at 7.30 rather than 9 on the last day

I really liked the staff and the breakfast. The location is great. It is very nice to have a balcony, which I did (not sure if all rooms have balconies). The place was clean and the room size was OK - not humongous, but totally fine for one person. I was able to check out very late (21:00 on the day of departure), for which I was very grateful. At some point I got a bit of a cold and skipped breakfast a few times, but when the host saw me she gave me a homemade meringue tart, which meant the world to me (not as much the tart itself but the thought).

“Best Location.”
Location is amazing in old Batumi. You can go to sea by walk 5-10 minutes. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpfull, friendly. If you are old people ask room from first stairs.Because they don’t have elevator.Payment they accept cash no cards, but they don’t rushing you for paying, you can pay after taking cash.If i will come back to Batumi again i will stay here again.

Good location!! 10 min walk away from the bus stop where minibuses goes to Kutaisi, Tbilisi. In a very old city centre with plenty bars, restaurants, massage saloons, grocery shops, waikiki ( if in need of some clothes), beach is 10 min walk away. Quite place to sleep, no noice. First room ( double) we moved in was seriously small!! We were moved lately to a bigger room ( only because of our door locker was broken).

“Wonderful stay in the heart of Old Batumi”
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It's right in the heart of Dzveli Batumi, very close to all attractions and the beach is 5-7 minutes walk away. My room was on the fourth floor and I had a nice view on the city's modern area. A room was relatively small but clean and totally enough for one person.I had my own bathroom and air conditioner, which made my stay even more comfortable. I loved the hotel decorations and all the pictures along the stairways. From the day one I felt welcomed by the hosts.

The place feels like home. The owner is a nice and helpful person who speaks English. His wife prepares a very delicious breakfast and takes care of the place. The location is close to the most important landmarks in Batumi, walking distance. The owner allowed us to stay in the room until the middle of the day until the train arrives. I highly recommend the place.

The owner and his family were nice people. They welcomed us warmly and ensured all the possible comfort and guidance they can provide was provided. Location is superb, all places nearby on walking distance. The breakfast was really nice. Best option for value for money.
