Very centrally located, in Batumi's charming old city center, at just 200 meters from the beach boulevard.

Great view from the windows and balcony. Cosy spacious room, good quality materials, nice bed. Flowers all around the place. Comfortable location that was perfect for the goals of my trip - close to rehearsals and concert places. While being in the center, the place is quiet as windows face the yard. Certainly recommended for a visit

Very kind and hospitable owners. Spacious room with high ceilings and tons of natural light in a true Georgian home. Absolutely beautiful! Balcony was particularly lovely. Bed was super comfortable for me, but I can imagine taller guests might want to book the double bed room rather than my twin. Bathroom was clean and well-equipt with great water pressure and hot water. Common areas were cozy and clean. Wi-Fi was very fast and worked well for my remote work. I highly recommend & would stay again.

Fantastic location right in the middle of the old town, and also fantastic value for money. The room is spacious and you have access to a shared bathroom and balcony which are clean. The owners helped us with laundry also, and were overall friendly.

Good location for walking to the parks and sightseeing. Near to restaurants. Clean and comfortable bed. The toilet is clean. The place makes you feel like home. Thanks to the lovely owner.

Great location in the old town, close to nice bars and restaurants and walking distance to other parts of Batumi including the beach. Hosts were very welcoming. Very clean overall and lovely balcony area. Also air conditioning was a big plus.

Probably the best location to stay in Batumi. There are a lot of great cafes and restaurants nearby, and you reach the sea in only 7 min walking. The neighborhood and the haus itself have a character. It has three floors: two upper floors are for renting, while hosts are living downstairs. Our floor had 2 double rooms, one bathroom, one common space with a couch, table & fridge and a common balcony. This is a perfect setting if you travel with family or as a group of friends. All rooms have an air conditioner and are very clean. A great value for money. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. They brought us wine and provided everything to make our stay comfortable. It felt like we stayed with relatives and not in a hotel.

“Magical Holiday”

It was beyond my expectations. I really couldn’t imagine this was so much better than on the pictures. Very calm, cozy, clean room with 2 stunning views on the city. Our mornings were magic and mixed with 2 cultures: ringing bells and pray from the mosque. A tiny coast view from the Batumi port was from our second balcony and it was so beautiful. Bathroom was quite big. kitchen was on a balcony. Everything was so wisely constructed, I was really surprised. Me and my kids will never forget this trip , because we had sweet home waiting after a long day on the beach and a boulevard. And a special thank for the owners, very warm woman and Mr. Nodar. We had a nice chat almost every day. Loved this people and Loved this place
