The hotel is located just outside of the city, allowing for a relaxing weekend while also being close to the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast is excellent and varied. Beautiful interior and staff is very attentive. Highly recommended!

nice hotel close to the beach, we had ants in the room and room didn't have mosquito nets. we used air-conditioning to cool the room but keep windows open would be nicer.

The view, clean, theres a carrefour next to it. Beach also is very near.

Overall, the hotel was nice, but there were a few things that could be improved. It was quite noisy, with a main street in front and a train that runs just below the rooms, which made it hard to fully relax. The balconies could also use more privacy, as they’re right next to each other with only thin wooden dividers you can see through. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very reliable during my stay. Also, breakfast was the same every morning for the three days I was there—it would have been nice to have a bit more variety.

Clean and comfortable small hotel just outside of Batumi. Both nights had good sleeps despite vicinity to the road. Staff is very friendly, the breakfast is ok, except for the coffee. In overall good place to stay if you are with the car and don’t mind to stay a bit outside of Batumi.

You wake up, pull back the curtains — and there it is: the beach sparkling in the sun like a dream postcard. Sipping your morning coffee with that view beats any spa experience. The location? A gem. Everything you need is just around the corner! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for an atmosphere that money simply can’t buy.

Just 6 kms away from main Batumi center.. But very peaceful boutique hotel with balcony facing the black Sea.. The sunset from the balcony is just amazing. Rooms had good air conditioner and necessities.
