A nice little hotel in a very central location. We had a room facing the courtyard, which was very quiet—we couldn't hear a thing from the street. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered plenty of choices. And the staff was very friendly, too.

Apart of not having elevator and not very good location, inside the rooms was perfect, clean and newly renovated. The staff are very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a budget and clean stay, it is one of the best choice.

This place truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at peace. The location is perfect, everything is within reach, yet it still feels calm and relaxing. The room was spotless and so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave. I will definitely carry these warm memories with me.

“Don't pass on this !”
Excellent service, great breakfast, central location in the city although on a noisy intersection, very comfortable room and pleasant room service, reliable hot water and excellent wifi. No issues with anything. The reduced rate for winter was a huge bonus, absolutely worth the lowered price January to April.

“Pleasant stay with excellent staff and great location.”
My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The front office team was extremely hospitable and helpful. Without even asking for an upgrade, I simply requested a cozy and quiet room, and they kindly upgraded me to a very spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful city view, where the snowy mountains were visible. Giorgi at the reception deserves special mention as he is very kind, helpful and professional. From the moment I arrived, he assisted me with everything, showed me the room and made sure I felt comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the food was delicious. The staff in general goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and I highly recommend this hotel.

“Perfect family stay - thank you for your wonderful hospitality!”
I stayed at the hotel with my kids and had a fantastic experience. It was an excellent choice for a family trip. Everything was great, but we would like to highlight a few things: · The breakfast was absolutely delicious! There was a wide variety of fresh and tasty options for both adults and kids. A special thank you for the honey – it was exceptional and became my favorite part of the morning meal! · The staff was incredibly responsive and attentive. They were always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. · We are also very grateful for the late check-out. This small but significant courtesy made our departure day so much more relaxed. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for paying attention to such details. We highly recommend this hotel to other families and hope to return someday!

“Good location and service.”
