“Excellent area, excellent personel!”

The hotel is at the center so you can see old Batumi and the bulevard very easily. Many restaurants etc nearby. A very good hairdresser across! The most important is the personel! All were friendly and helpful, make me feel at home! They found that on 20/4/2026 I had my birtday and when I arrived at the room in the afternoon I found a wine, chocolate and birthday wishes!! Thank you Kati and the others!

Great location, walking distance to beach, and bus station. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I loved that there was a sofa in our room. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful. The breakfast buffet included a great array of different items.. very tasty.

Location is great, everything is clean and comfortable, breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace with a charming view over the town

Spacious comfortable bedroom with a view, spacious bathroom. Room made every day despite not needed, clean staff were professional. Located at the edge of Batumi Old town, everything within it is of walking distance, with main road with numerous city buses just 3min of walk. Also bus station is located inside that area. Many shops, bars and exchange offices nearby as well. Rich self-service breakfast at the top floor with a view over Old city.

“Convenient hotel in the centre”

This is a small and convenient hotel in the center of the city. The location is excellent, it’s right in the centre, close to the sights, still at a quiet place. There are shops, pharmacies and exchange offices around. There are many restaurants 5 minutes walk at the main road along sea. We booked two rooms, both were very clean and well furnished also for longer stays. The bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. There’s a WiFi and it worked well and reliability. Breakfast was included. We enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to come back.

I liked location of the hotel as it is located right in the middle of the old town and shops/supermarkets are nearby and easily accessible.
