“Great value apartment with awesome hosts and sea view”

A cozy well-packed studio close to the sea. I didn't expect to find the dishwasher tablets and detergent for the washing machine, but they were provided, that's very thoughtful. I liked the minimalist interior with lots of plants, fast and stable Wi-Fi and stunning sea view. An iron and an ironing board were provided as well that came in handy for us. The kitchen had all basic equipment and appliances, including wine glasses and a corkscrew, so you could enjoy Georgian wines :) The building is located in a quiet area, with several stores and restaurants within a walking distance. We mostly liked the 24/7 supermarket Willmart, the Georgian cuisine restaurant Tanini and the specialty coffee shop Nord - all are just a few mins by foot from the apartment. Also, I'd like to share special thanks to Mr Irakli and his dad Mr Bejani who greeted us providing bottles of both still and sparkling water and provided transfer upon arrival and most importantly departure, because it was a early and rainy morning, awesome level of hospitality. Thank you both! May your business grow and prosper!

“Comfortable stay at Banana Apartments”

“Excellent Stay”

We stayed at Banana Apartments for two nights and had a lovely experience overall. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures – beautiful, spacious, and with a wonderful view of the sea. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s even a departmental store and a fruit vendor conveniently located on the ground floor. Location-wise, it’s about 10–15 minutes by cab (during non-peak hours) from European Square and the Boulevard area, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafes. The surroundings can feel a bit quiet and slightly eerie at night around the ground floor and hallways, but we felt safe throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Bejani, the father of the host, Irakli. While we didn’t get to meet Irakli in person, Bejani was an absolute gem. He welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, helped us find a parking spot on the first day, and even parked and retrieved our car for us on both Day 1 and Day 3. On our last day, when our car battery died and we were running short on time to catch our flight, it was Bejani’s kindness and efforts that saved the day. Despite the language barrier, his helpfulness and warmth made us feel truly cared for. Moments like these are what make travel experiences memorable. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay with genuine hospitality!

It was perfect view and perfect hospitality, İrakli is so welcomed all the questions, you can come and stay without any trouble. He also allowed us to stay while our flight is late at the night, thank you for everything.

Cute and cozy apartment (the monkeys are a nice touch). The view of the beach from the balcony is amazing. We booked last minute and it wasn’t an issue - the check in was straightforward and the host seemed like a kind & good natured man. He gave us a key for the ramp to enter the private parking area, but we didn’t use it as we found street parking near the building upon arrival.

“Great value for money plus amazing views.”

Amazing views from the balcony, cozy studio with standing out design, spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed there (except maybe shampoo and shower gel). Very kind owner, free pick up and always on time. The sea is 5 min away.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Banana Apartments, host was quite helpful. sadly I could not contact him when I was on the way to the location, because he was out of mobile phone connection zone but as soon as he discovered that I could not contact him and I was worried he called me and made sure that everything was ok. When we got to the place he told us that his usual cleaning lady was on vacation and new one did not change bad sheets, but he came to us and changed everything himself so that did not cause us any problem. After our check out we even left our luggage in his car because our ride to Tbilisi was planned several hours after check-out so he helped us and made sure that our bags were safe.

“Apartment itself is excellent.”

The apartment itself is excellent. It has all you need for a comfortable. stay. Dishwasher, washing machine work perfectly. Everything is there for cooking. The bed was quite comfortable. The view to the sea is nice. No mosquito on such altitude. The host were quick to respond. They allowed us to check out later and were quite flexible with that. Really appreciated. A supermarket is just 5 min walking, couple of restaurants. The beach promenade is just 5-6 minutes walking. I’d like to point out that it is very-well designed and clean!

Everything was great! The apartment is cosy and clean, view from the window is amazing. Special thanks to the host for fast responsiveness and friendly communication 😊

“Great apartment near the sea.”

Very nice apartment close to the sea and center of Batumi. Check-In and Out worked extremely well and they adapt to the guests needs. I asked to check out a bit later which was no problem. Overall communication works very well. The apartment is very well equipped and has a nice design as well. I would definitely book again.

The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything you could need as well as plenty of handy storage space. The interior design was also beautiful. The location was a short walk from the beach boulevard and cafes. Irakli was an excellent host who was incredibly kind when we had to (unexpectedly and unfortunately) leave early.

Nice and convenient apartment on 22th floor and sea view that has everything you may need during stay, including even a dishwasher. Irakli is a super helpful host who guided us through check-in and check-out process and details about the apartment functioning.

Everything was awesome and I wish we could stay a bit longer. Host was very nice, friendly and he waited for us while we were a bit late for the meeting. I hope it will be available on our next trip to Batumi!
