“Perfect Stay In Batumi!”
I wish I'd stayed longer. Gulnur was amazing - she helped me get into the apartment and called a taxi for me when I was leaving. She even met me at the door of the apartment to wait until the taxi arrived! The communication was excellent. The view of the sea was perfect! I highly recommend staying at this wonderful apartment.

High-quality apartments. There are all the necessary amenities — a washing machine, dryer, iron, and a fully equipped kitchen area (I prefer to cook my own meals). Close to all the attractions of Batumi, and the sea view is completely unobstructed, unlike some other “sea view” hotels. We will definitely come back again with our family.

“Excellent host ver nice experience”
All was very organized. I received instructions up front. When we arrived we clearly knew where to go. we arrived to the point and Sayed appeared in a shortest manner. We did check in as per official check in time. Sayed himself is very polite and attentive person. He accompanied us to the room. He made for us upgrade so instead of city view we got sea view apparmtnet for not cost at all. for which I am very thankful. Appartment itself ws quiet nice. all that you needed for short term stay was there. Thanks it was nice experience.

“Great quality & value for money”
Nice location, fully equipped, beautiful view. Was very happy to find cotton bed cloth, perfect mattress, a variety of additional pillows and blankets, lots of hangers, iron with ironing board and all necessary dishes in kitchen. The lavatory is clean and modern, shower without water pouring. A rare find in Batumi beachfront, for sure!

Nice sea view, apartment located on 16th floor. We've got parking place behind a building for 10lar. Also we've got delicious brekfast at coffee shop on first floor (pancakes, omlet).
