“Georgian hospitality at its best”

Centrally located, large apartment. Typical Georgian furniture and decor. The building is being renovated and will look fantastic when done. Walking distance of everything. Across the road from the harbour and about 400m from the Alphabet tower, the Nino and Ali, sculpture, the Ferris Wheel, Cable car and the beaches. Fantastic host. Very friendly and helpful. Doesn’t speak English but we communicated well. We were greeted with complimentary Georgian wine, Cha cha and Cognac. Kitchen is well equipped.

Nice apartment in the old town, close to the main attractions, beach and restaurants. The host is very welcoming, will definitely stay here again.

Firstly, the host is so friendly and patient. Secondly, the apartment is clean and beautiful, which provides us a joyful night. Third,the location is fantastic, you can take a five minutes’ walk to the beach or the Europe Square.

Katja welcomed us very kindly, she did everything to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Much nicer and bigger than we thought based on the pictures. Parking is available in the yard. It's in a great location.

The owner of the apartmenr, Ms. Keti Urushadze, is a very kind lady. She welcomed us in a very kind and respectful manner. Her apartment in very clean and you can find everything you need for your normal life in it. The location is extraordinarily good. It is very close to all attractions of Batumi, while it is cosy for a good sleep at nights. Many supermarkets, fruit markets, and restaurants are around the apartment. There is a children's playground in the yard, which can be used by the children. There are enough towels and blankets in the apartment, which are allowed by Keti to be used for your convenience. Many thanks to Keti for her kindness and the good moments created for us.

We loved this place due to its Great location , lovely hoster Mis Katy helped us so much, and alos very fast Wifi connection . We hope can visit this place agagin soon.
