First of all , it the Centre of Batumi in front of Cable Way and Entrance of Old Batum, everything is very near, sea is 100 meters from Home but beach 3-5 minutes for a walk . Excellent Sea View from Balcony. Apartment was New Renewed , all Clean and Nice arranged , with nice and comfortable bad . Host was very helpful, after reservation , he meet me near the apartment, he was waiting for me for accompany. Thanks you , it was amazing!
