We were unable to use this company's services because they didn't answer our calls or messages. We never got into our room and spent the night elsewhere. However, in the morning, the company tried to charge our card for the room and breakfast for services that weren't provided. The name says Alliance Palace, but they're not an official representative.

“Really good but fix the small problems”
At the entrance we were welcomed bij Mariam and Luka. They were so friendly and helpfull. Just what you need arriving with a tired family of 5. Mariam was really patiënt with us and we even booked two extra nights. The room was clean and spacious. Got everything you need.
