I’ve been to Batu Karas a few times and this is without a doubt the best place to stay. The rooms are exceptional, location is peaceful, and hosts genuinely go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need!

“Totally recommend”

We loved the interior design and the big size of the bungalow. It’s very quiet and here are just 4 rooms. So a good place to calm down. All stuff und the hosts are very helpful and kind. We loced Max the Dog and Lilly the cat. We had a great time here.

Placed just away from the noise, hustle of BatuKaras, but more than close enough to surf, reaturant etc. Secluded, quiet. a place to relax away from the "crowd". Perfect placed in the jungle with friendly hosts and staff, that will assist with all your needs. A piece of paradise, wether your travel solo/couple/small group.

I found this place to be very beautiful, very comfortable, and very well-maintained. I stayed here twice to enjoy the area and surfing, for about a week each time, and truly enjoyed my experience. Nico (the host) is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable—he supported me in many ways and made it easy to find my way around. The staff are also extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I would gladly return anytime.

“Paradise found”

Wow, what a week. Nico and his family welcomed us like old friends into their little slice of paradise. BK is idyllic and such a relaxing and slowed down pace of life. RNV, with it's beautiful gardens, welcoming pool and lovely rooms was perfect for a slowed down week of great surf and soaking up the BK vibe.

. Beautiful house in the jungle - quiet location but still close to restaurants and surfing . Lovely hosts - go above and beyond to help and give advice about the surf spots. My partners surfboard got lost on the train and Nico both sorted out a driver to get it for him and lent him a board!! Legend . Incredible breakfast (cafetière coffee!) with lovely staff . Can help organise anything you need - taxi, scooters etc . Cute dog

A real gem, Hidden in a small sideway from the village and just 5 min away from all the surf fun! The rooms, pool and food are excellent!!

5 very chilled nights at RNV eco reort. Well located in a quiet area of Batukaras, but still possible to walk to restaurants and to the beach. A lovely french family welcomed us and adviced us about all things to do.. Great to get around by scooter to discover more. The resort is beautiful with a nice pool. I can recommend this place to everybody..

Great place! Right in the jungle. We really appreciated all the tips we got during the stay, it really helped us with our vacation in Java. Those kind of tips is really super valuable for travelers.

The property was a beautiful slice of the jungle. With a lovely small pool to cool off in with partial shade created by lush green banana plant leaves. The hosts were amazing and so helpful.

The best accomodation experience i have ever had. Outstanding customer service started the day we booked the room and ended after we left. We got very good information about the property and Batukaras before we came. Everything what we needed was organized by RNV, tranportations (in and out of Batukaras), motorbikes, trips, tips etc. The property and the bungalows are super nice. Good breakfast. The owner family allways had time to help and chat, but still gave us our time and privacy. Couldnt recommend more.

The location is fantastic, in the middle of a lush garden you have a private bungalow, and it’s only a 2 minute scooter ride from the main beach and surf break. The owners are super friendly and helpful with local tips.

Breakfast was amazing and the women who served us were super nice. Good pool. Bathroom in room was nice and very big bed. Scooters supplied were very good. Good space for drying clothes. Host provides great local knowledge for surfing and other activities
