Everything was excellent, my wife and I only wished we had more time. We will return hopefully with family.

It's a beautiful hotel with lots of activities around in and out. Food selection is great.

My stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Batu was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The spa was a true highlight, offering an amazing retreat with its hot and cold jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Although the pool was quite cold, it was still a great spot to relax as well as the breakfast is good and varied breakfast . I would definitely choose this hotel for another stay.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous mountain views. Great location up on the hill. Very clean, and lovely staff who were very helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet with an enormous variety of both local and western food. We really enjoyed our stay here and will visit again.

“Excellent option for Malang/Batu”

The hotel itself has some pretty great facilities and things to do. It's also close to town where all the things to do are like the Flower Garden or the Dino Park. Most of the staff are friendly and breakfast was nice. The room was nice and big and very comfortable.

Cleanliness, service and view was exceptional. Stayed here for our anniversary trip and we were greeted by cute deco on our bed + a heartfelt note printed by the hotel, wishing us a happy anniversary. The bed was extremely comfortable, room's very clean and we got the mountain view room which was amazing. The staff were all so kind and breakfast's great too! Felt safe and taken care of, would definitely recommend this hotel at Batu.

The staff were a stand out. Very polite, Friendly and always happy to help with a smile. The view were amazing, surrounded by the mountains. The room were clean, spacious and comfortable. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful ground and garden. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Next door to Jatim park 2 and only 10 mins drive to Jatim Park 3 also Floating market/Transportation museum. Special thanks to Jasmine ( Breakfast room) and Lala ( Dinner at eatery restaurant) also Adrian ( F and B supervisor). You are a gem. We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Thank you Golden Tulip 🌷

“Up in the foothills, Golden Tulip offers a beautiful experience of Batu and outlying areas.”

The views around the hotel are stunning especially early in the morning when the mist is rising up over the mountains. The swimming pool area with its big slide is fun for families - the water takes a bit of getting used to though! There are at least three restaurants and the two which we dined in offered very nice food at a reasonable price. The beds are very comfortable and I felt well rested each night.
