Fantastic location next to Museum Angkut and Jatim Park 2. Amazing million dollars view from our 7th floor room. Staff were brilliant, very polite and helpful. We had dinner at Eskala and the live music was nice.

The staff hospitality was above and beyond expectations. They were really helpful to us who travelled with elderly with mobility issue. The rooms were clean, and there were many options for breakfast.

The staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant offers a wide variety of both international and local cuisine. The hotel has an amazing view of the surrounding mountains.
