“Great environment and beautiful set up.”
Starting from the house owner. Very understanding and friendly. It is was quite neighbourhood and calm environment. Besides that, the house was maintained in good condition and really love the place.

“Overall, it was a great stay. It was comfy and visited some nice place around Batu Pahat.”
The place is exactly the same as the photos provided online. There are 3 bedrooms (one downstairs and 2 upstairs). Each room were able to fit 4 people so that's great. There's only 2 bathroom (one downstairs and one attached bathroom upstairs for both rooms). My families had a wonderful and comfy stay at this homestay, we will considered rebooking this place if we ever visit Batu Pahat. There's a car porch as well and able to fit 2 large cars.

The location is nice. The cleanliness is satisfied. There is an issue for late check up for my booking where the promised check in time is 4pm. However, because of cleaning process, we were being forced to check in around 6pm. Me and my friends wait at shopping centre for about 2 hours. But after check in, we can see the effort from the cleaning process. We stay there for two nights, there is a cockroach come out from the kitchen at the second night.
