“Basic but comfortable hotel very close to beach and centre of Ferringhi”
Staff were lovely and let me leave my baggage there and go to the beach as I was earlier than check in time. The hotel is right near the bus stop if you're wanting to go to Georgetown and the bus is very cheap and fairly frequent (every half hour). The beach is only five minutes away and there are lots of shops, bars, restaurants nearby, and a night market. Wifi and air con worked well. There was a kettle. The room itself was very basic but did the job and I was only there one night. I had one double and one single bed, which was excessive!

Hotel was super close to beach in Batu Ferringhi and a bus stop. The man at reception was very nice. Provided water bottles everyday

The staff are really friendly & helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The location was central with the beach a few minutes walk away, restaurants & shops in the same building. Good value for money.

Cheap, parking easy to accces, friendly staff, room are fine considering the cheap price. Just lil bit can hear sound of karaoke, but not that obvious.
