“Great option with a pool”
The bedroom itself within the villa was very nice. It was spacious and very clean with a sofa, tv, large balcony, fridge. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was hot and a good strength. The aircon worked well.It was lovely to have to pool which is a good size for swimming and was mostly empty while we were there. It was really useful to have a washing machine. The drinking water dispenser is great. The area is fairly quiet but it only takes about 15 minutes to walk down to lots of restaurants and shops. Great option for the price particularly with a pool.

Easy self check-in and in a quiet location set slightly off the main road. Everything was within walking distance, about 5min to the beach and 10min to the night markets. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Also has a washing machine for your laundry.

“A property that has so much potential if the outside and shared areas were cleaned and maintained.”
-Our room was well cleaned. -The TV had an android box allowing access to online services. -There was a washing machine, detergent and clothes airer available for use which was really helpful and appreciated. -The pool was a good size, nice temperature and cleaned. -The best thing about the accommodation is the housekeeper Mr Abidin. He was very welcoming, friendly, responsive and helpful during our stay. -Toiletries available in the room including shower gel, toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo. -The room doors use a keypad lock so no need to carry a key or card.

“Amazing.”
The location is great, 10 min away from the beach. The room is clean, spacious, beautiful and same goes for the pool. Also, the housekeeper was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was an incredible place and I would give more than 10 stars if I could.

“Overall, our stay in this guest house is comfy and will definitely come back again.”
The bedroom on the 2nd floor was clean and spacious with a small refrigerator, private bathroom and a balcony. The room air conditioning, a fan on the ceiling and USB outlets is perfect. The housekeeper in this guest house is helpful as he can provide assistance whenever there is a need to get anything from him.

Amazing stay at this villa that provided me with what I needed. Calm, privacy and a great swimming pool outside. If you have a motorbike, it is the best possible case, easy to drive towards the Batu beach/markets. Exceptional help from the accommodation staff.

“A 3 storey house having a pool with privacy”
The guest house located at a quiet housing area, not far from beach. The family room is quite spacious and beds.are comfy. My kids enjoy the pool with privacy as not many tenant staying when we were there. Coway drinking water dispenser is available.
