Location is strategic with private parking. The unit can allow max 2 cars with additional charges. Gated surrounding with secured environment. The unit is spacious. 2 bedrooms with spacious hall that can comfortably fit a dining table and few two-seater sofas. Clean toilets and no bed bugs!

“Relaxing, comfortable stay by the sea”

Our host was in touch with us and knew our arrival time. He was there at the lobby and escorted us to the apartment. He patiently explained the house rules, gave the WiFi password and also answered our general queries on what is around etc. The house had printed cards with instructions, details of amenities and internet password etc. The basic toiletries were soaps, shampoos, micro fibre towels, hair dryer, dish washing liquid, cutlery etc. All rooms have fan which is quite nice to have in the tropical weather. The neighborhood has some excellent street and restaurant food. The beach is a short walking distance. The pool is good. We used Grab taxi and food services and had no problems using this address.

Overall is good, literally few steps away from the beach. Good location . The checkin is easy and car park is easy to locate and near . Apartment was comfortable . The host Evelyn and the other staff was great, they are very responsive and met us on arrival and check out. Will repeat it .

The owner of the property/ manager (Evelyn) was a marvellous lady, who welcomed us and was so considerate in all our inquiries. She really treated us like king and queen. Thank you for your pleasant service Evelyn. Will definitely come again.

The stay does not include breakfast. I think in my opinion can have better path finding. Example in the lift can indicte which floor is the swimming pool, the gym. Also have signages showing directions to go to the swimming pool or the lobby. Would be nice if the Lobby was decorated with CNY decorations so that guests can take photoes for rememberance. Security was good and the people who handled us were very friendly and professional. Overall my family enjoyed the stay there. Thank you for the services. Will consider this place in the future.

“Comfortable apartment with a great pool”

Our apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The swimming pool is excellent. Our host Evelyn was great, she was very responsive and met us on arrival and check out.

Facilities (inside and outside the apartment) is worth the money, the place is comfortable, literally few steps away from the beach, near to attraction hot spots and the staff were friendly.

1) The host keep pushing us asking when is our time of arrival when we have informed we were not sure when as we were driving to Penang. The host still keep texting us when we are within the time period of time to check in which is between 3pm til midnight as stated in the website. In addition, when we finally met the host to collect to keys he was not happy with us saying that he is staying far from town etc. 2) We don't like to be monitored with our check in and check out time when we are having a vacation and we are not checking in and out outside the period provided. We even have to informed the time to check out and make our plan not flexible. 3) We have to pay a deposit of RM300 when we are at the property. 4) What I remember is that we booked an apartment with a seaview but what was provided was an apartment without a seaview and also right next to a mosque. 5) Location is a bit far. Unless you plan to stay in the apartment throughout your vacation, it is inconvenient to travel from town during the day.
