“Wouldn’t book again”
The room smelt like cigarettes. Mould and bugs. Horror movie type hallway. Bum gun was broken NO toilet paper u had to buy it. Bedding was ripped. It was just scary

“Very bad hotel quality. My kids all not happy to stay there.”
Hotel - Not clean / facility not funtion like iron board/ heater/ toilets poor / bad sheet dirty/ pest issues/ curtain unorganised/ the worker not approaching propley when ask iron board/ very smelly / pet inside next barking at night / no water / paip water rusty / no tooth brush/ towel dirty. Poor experience for us as came from JB to KL. Very disappointed. Early morning at 8am with disappointment and check out.

I strongly disliked everything about the property. In fact, I didn’t even stay a single minute after seeing the room—I immediately walked out. It was the worst room and worst experience I’ve ever had. The photos shown on your website are completely misleading and fake. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable.
