We had made bookings before we started on the holidays. Couple of days prior they cancelled the booking on us even without asking. This meant we had to quickly find another accommodation for that night. The reason was that they had a group booking.

Staff at the house were very helpful, look after me like a king of the days. If you want to stay out of the beach or city, enjoy the nature of the batticaloa locals and relax. This is the best place for you.

It's a perfect place to stay with friends in a quiet location and come with your vehicle. By luck the manager was so kind and took me everywhere and let me use the kitchen.

This place has a spectacular garden, terrace and very comfortable room with A/C. Arul received us even before the offical arrival time, let us park our tuktuk inside and gave us tips for local food & drink. They allow us to use the kitchen and the terrace with the garden view. It's not in the centre of the town, which means a quiet location, but if you want to go to the town you will need a tuktuk (taxi or your own transport). Very good value for the money. The pictures I took are from their beautiful garden.

Charles the caretaker was very helpful and suggested a boat trip from the Light house to Bone island which was nice and cool in the 🥵.

Thank you for a great stay, value-money very good. The caretaker is very nice! We hung our clothes after washing at the rooftop and went out. It started raining while we were gone and he was so sweet to take them off the rope. We also rented his motorbike for a day.

- Big room and comfortable bed. - There was a big garden where we were able to park our Tuktuk. - The man at the entrance is always there and helps you. He's somewhat deaf so keep that in mind. - The price is pretty affordable compared to other properties in the area.
