Staff: Exellent. Friendly and helpfull. Location: located just a bit aside from the mainroad, so it is truly quiet and walking distance from the main road. Unless of course u like to party. Perfect to relax! Villa: super clean, huge rooms, beautiful! Small, beautiful garden to relax. Delicious breakfast. Manager: Super manager: gave us all the info we needed. So happy we had this villa for a couple of days! If you need a place to relax and enjoy, this is the place! Enjoy❣️

“Comfortable and calm”

A comfortable modern 2-bedroom serviced apartment with garden, located in an elegant villa in Kallady (a southern suburb of Batticaloa). The apartment has aircon and fans. The kitchen is not designed for home cooking, but tasty breakfasts and dinners can be delivered. The apartment is quiet at night until a 6am temple call. Laundry can be arranged. The property is some distance from the city centre, so the villa’s bicycles are useful. The host is attentive.

“A really nice stay.”

A very clean home in a leafy residential area. The attent caretaker took care of our every need including western or Sri Lankan breakfast. Good bicycles are available for free and Joseph is always at hand via WhatsApp if you need anything else. A small a/c unit would be a real bonus in the living/kitchen area as the fan is not adequate.

The Leena Holiday Home offers it's guests outstanding personal attention; we were offered delightful fruit cocktails on arrival plus chilled face cloths to refresh after travelling..Then the receptionist organised for our bags to he taken to our room. The Leena only has one suite for rent but there was always one of the two ladies on site to attend to our every need. Sometimes small acts like their running to open the gate for our car and running up to it with an open umbrella so we did not get wet by rain made all the diference. Seriously, go for a walk in the surrounding very safe area at 6.00 am and you will find one of the young ladies opening the gate for you!. It's all about one on one attention. We enjoyed a very nice English breakfast each day and the large kitchen area with full size refrigerator and microwave made preparing cups of tea/coffee and snacks convienient. The Leena's gardens are immaculate as it is the accomdation which is very clean Thr Leena is just a short10 minute $2.00 TukTuk tide to town Yes, all of this might seem improbable given the modest price per night, but all guests enjoy the same unique personal attention to their needs.

Joseph had very good contact prior and during our stay giving recommendations and assisting and providing anything we required. It was great to have bikes to use and explore with. They supplied us a great dinner of local cuisine. Highly recommended

Prior to our arrival, Joseph connected with us to find out if we had any special requirements. Stemming from that, dinner was to be arranged for us on arrival. On the day, we received a pin (location) and WiFi codes. Joseph connected with us to get an idea about arrival time. Upon arrival, we were made to feel so welcome. The rooms had been cooled down in advance and the entire unit was spotless. Dinner was served on time. The food was home made and outstanding! We really enjoyed the local pittu and prawn curry. Dinner was priced at Rs. 2000/- for two generous portions. We had a restful sleep and were able to get everything we needed ready for our day ahead in the well-equipped kitchenette. Our only regret is that we could only spend one night at this charming, cozy abode as we had to head out. We will be back!

Very nice apartment on a pleasant avenue away from the busy main street. Good location. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent remote help from Joshua, who took care of everything - even reserving bus seats for our trip from Trinco. An interesting area to explore. We recommend the heritage museum to learn about the Arab settlers to this coastline. The only improvement suggestion is to provide a hob in the kitchen. We prepared our own cold breakfast, but it would be difficult to cook a proper meal.

The villa is newly built. It is sparkling clean, the service is extremely good. In the kitchenette there is an air fryer, small electric stove and microwave. The host is attentive and helpful and speaks great English. Beautiful backyard to layback. We will definitely come back here if we are around. Mind that location is a bit off site but this was not a problem for us as we had a car.

The accommodation also featured a spacious living room, which we used for breakfast and for working, making it feel like a true home away from home. We had convenient parking right next to the house, which added to the overall ease and comfort of our stay. A huge thank you to the owner for being incredibly helpful, promptly answering all our questions, and supporting us from the moment we made the booking. I should also mention that everything in the accommodation is brand new, making the experience even better.

The host of this property was in contact with us prior to the booking, was very helpful and allowed us to check in and check out whenever we wanted which was helpful as we wanted to leave at 5am and hosts were happy to arrange this for us!! House was very clean and the workers there were very welcoming! Had our own parking place and felt safe in the house, our driver was also given a private place to stay which was very helpful too! I would 100% recommend!
