Location excellent for getting a visa extension nearby and to a few nice places nearby like wetlands. The man was kind. And it was a safe, quiet neighbourhood.

I stayed in a brand new room. The bed was really big, which I like, because I am 6'4 (196cm). It's a simple and effective room with a clean bathroom and a warm shower. Also the room is big and private. You don't really hear your neighbours. Only the upstairs neighbours when they are walking up the stairs, but for the rest it is very well isolated. The room and the bathroom are very convenient, clean and usable. There are plates, some cups and a boiler. Airco, fan, a cupboard and something to hang the towel on. I booked an extra night, which shows that I was happy staying there. What more does one need?! 🌞

“Convenient position and comfortable place”

This is my second time staying here. The owner and his son are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable, and especially considering the pricing, I have no complaints at all. Very convenient position close to the Immigration Department as well.

It had one UK Socket. Walking distance to busy places.

Big room is very comfortable with air conditioner. And hot shower is available. Sometimes wifi connection was weak but overall, it was great stay.

The room was very spacious and clean and felt very comfortable. The owner is very nice, speaks good English and helped me with every question I had Also go check out the pizzeria few minutes walking from the Accomodation, I had the best pizza there in 1 year of traveling Asia :)

Convenient location to visa office, although we ended up being able to extend online. Aircon was great, friendly hosts, easy, secure parking and a Bing Chun just up the road

Very spacious room with interesting closet :D kind host. Good location if you want to go to the immigration office. Using the washing machine was only 200rp.

“A Mixed Bag”

Located in a quiet, cozy neighborhood with a bank, convenience stores, and a supermarket close by. Towels and a sheet were provided (though the “bedsheet” was really just a thin cover at the end of the bed). AC and fans worked perfectly. Plenty of power sockets, which was super convenient. Good privacy throughout the stay. Bed was large and comfortable. Room was spacious. The toilet setup was the highlight — hidden behind a walk-in closet cupboard, which was a nice touch.

Good location for going to the Department of Immigration. Host was friendly, helped me get taxi and let me hang out and charge my phone.

Location was good and there lots of floor space for yoga as well as a nice balcony and a surprise bathroom that looked like a cupboard 😊

We just stayed overnight and the host was very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Worth the money.
