“Battambang is a lovely city with lovely people.”
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They supplied an electric kettle and cup when I asked for them and then took me to where I could buy teabags.

There was no option to get breakfast at the hotel even for extra price. I was there during holiday season when many restaurants closed down, and while I was able to find a place to eat, the hotel staff were unable to help with this information.

Honestly, I loved staying here. Yes, it’s a bit older and some things could probably be renewed. So what? It’s amazing value for money and you’ve got everything you need: fridge, AC, fan… they even have a 24/7 reception and a fridge downstairs where you can buy cool drinks like coke or beer. You can book your bus tickets/your transport there - I booked a bus to Siem Reap and it was good service. They booked a company for me that picked me up at the hotel and brought me to my hotel in Siem Reap, very comfortable and cheap. One of the best things about this hotel was the girl who works there. She is extremely nice, helpful and a hard worker. If you have any problem she will fix it in no time. She even opened the door every time I went out or came in.

It was in a good location, very close to the market and other food places. Staff were very friendly and helpful. While the building is old, it is very clean. It reminded me of grandma's house from the 70's with the color scheme. It was nice and quiet. This was budget accommodation and thought what we got was great. Would stay there again. Free tuktuk pickup, to and from the bus station.

We had decided to treat ourselves to a nice room when booking, but despite this we were given a tiny room that looked nothing like the picture. When I spoke to staff about it they were very unfriendly and did not change anything. After our stay I explained this to management who just had the same attitude. You should avoid this place
