The room was amazing, well designed, exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable and big. We stayed 4 nights and we had service for cleaning every day!very comfortable room for 2 people with a lot of space to move around and a smart TV. MRs Maria is an amazing person. She was always there for us with recommendations and a big warm smile. She had left us water and a bottle of wine in the fridge for us to enjoy on the balcony with that amazing view of the Aegean. One day was my birthday and MRs Maria had left a gift for me. Very pleasant surprise and it shows how warm of a person she is. I definitely recommend this property and will for sure stay here again if I visit Andros in the future!

Fantastic place with exceptional views of Aegean Sea. Very clean, good size room with well equipped kitchen annex. Very friendly host. Beautiful sunset & moonset from the balcony. Very good location, short 5 min. walk to the bars, tavernas & bakery located in the centre of Batsi but located on quiet street. Stivari Beach only 2 min walking away. One of the best places we stayed.

Maria,was a brilliant host,great communication, arranged transport from the port to the apartment couldn't have been more helpful, a short walk away from Batsi Town centre less than 10 minutes great location, highly recommended

I liked that we were met by the host on arrival. I loved the location of the property. I loved that we had two balcony's overlooking the sea view. The apartment was spacious for two people. Short walk into Batsi.

Maria was very welcoming, she showed us to a lovely room with a fantastic view of the sea. Beds were very comfortable, shower hot, kitchen facilities exceptional ( salt and pepper and a toastie machine were appreciated) and room cleaning great. We will return next year.

“Fantastic view, a short walk from town”

The best thing about Villa Pitsa is the incredible view, looking right over a seemingly endless sea. Otherwise the room is ok, more basic than lavish so a 9 not a 10 but comfortable enough. The owner is very pleasant. It's a short walk to the gentle resort of Batsi, where you can be mesmerised by swans swimming amongst bathers in the sea and lying down next to sunbeds. We were glad we came just for that! As a tip, go behind the main drag for evening food - prices drop dramatically but quality is excellent.

Lovely location, a short walk to beaches and restaurants. Lovely balconies overlooking the sea which were lovely to sit out on - though a squeeze for 4. Very clean and housekeeping service each day which was a bonus. Very friendly hosts and very helpful with booking transport to/from the port.

The views from the balcony are amazing. The location is perfect between really close to a beach with amazingly clean and blue waters and a 5-minute walk to the center of Batsi. The parents of the owner sitting under treas in front of the building are heartwarming. We have read many complaints about the shower that we cannot share; yes, it's small but it's a typical Cycladic bathroom and the water pressure and warm water worked amazingly!

Location was superb. Host was lovely. View was amazing. I didn’t realise that the apartment was cleaned for us every day, so that a bonus. Villa was within walking distance to town and swimming areas. Irina kindly organised a taxi and it was very affordable. Everyone on the island was so friendly and kind.

Really welcoming friendly and helpful. Villa Pitsa is easy to find and perfectly located overlooking the sea. It is quiet and peaceful and only 2 minutes walk away from Batsi village which has excellent restaurants, and a lovely harbour.
