Great location. The most exceptional helpful host. Really enjoyed our stay, clean, cosy, great balcony. It was so nice to have local produce gifts too. Batsi is a beautiful place.

Very nice place, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful host. Very clean and comfortable room. Loved the view. The check-in process was very easy. Our host Yiannis was very nice. We realy felt that we were his guests. Daily cleaning of room. The room was clean and spacious and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The view was spectacular. We could see the neautiful village and the sea. We enjoyed our stay and would book Villa Arni Andros again!

Yiannis was very welcoming and helpful, and the welcome gifts were lovely. It was so nice to have a little garden to sit in, surrounded by beautiful hibiscus. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Comfy bed, good wifi, everything you could want really!

The check-in process was very easy. Our host Yiannis was very nice and kept in touch with us over this app and WhatsApp. The room was clean and spacious and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The sea view was spectacular. We enjoyed our stay and would book Villa Arni Andros again!

“Lovely complex, perfect spot, great host.”

Everything. The Villa Arni is situated in a perfect spot, ten minutes walk from the main resort area of Batsi. It has beautiful views over the village and sea. The apartment itself was perfect. A large living space with table, sitting area and kitchenette with hot plates, kettle, fridge etc. This led onto a large wraparound balcony with two tables and four chairs (great for eating breakfast and watching the sun go down and the village come to life). The bedroom had lots of storage and the beds were comfortable. Our host Yiannis lived on site and was often around to give advice on transport, restaurants etc. The small complex felt really homely with lots of jasmine and bougainvillea flowers adding to the ambience. A perfect start to our island hopping holiday.

This place is run by the very friendly owner Yiannis, has a beautiful private terace and is convenient as it lies close to the beach and main restaurants.

To start… the property was AMAZING, beautiful views looking over Batsi, clean and spacious rooms, and a wonderful common area. Came to Villa Arni with 3 other friends and it was perfect, only a 3 minute walk down to the beach and 5 minutes to the town. Yiannis was the sweetest, kindest and most hospitable host and made sure every moment of our stay was amazing, shout out to Yiannis! From arranging transport to recommending his favourite restaurants, we couldnt have asked for more. I could not recommend this place any more!!

“Fantastic host and wonderful apartment!”

Yiannis is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming and really helpful. The apartment has everything you could need. It is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is perfect and close to lovely restaurants, bars, and the beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

“Lovely place in Batsi”

Yiannis is a great host, we would definitely recommend Villa Arni! Very kind, gave us the bigger apartment as it was available. He also gave us some homemade jams that were delicious, and even offered an aperitivo in his terrace one night. The apartment was nice and had lovely views. Yiannis was always eager to give us tips and recommendations, and happy to make any phone calls to help us out. Easy to park in front as well, 5 minutes walk from the beach and a small shop.

A beautiful property in great location.The owner couldn't have been more helpful even letting us stay for free night due to ferry strike .There were welcome gifts on arrival and every help and information.Highly recommended

Good location near the village centre, beach and restaurants. Great view from the terrace, with bougainvillea. A short walk to a supermarket. Very friendly and helpful host who lived on the premises. Cleaning provided daily.

“Super stay”

I had a very nice stay in Villa Arni. The spacious appartment with garden was well equiped and lovely. I really enjoyed the sunbed in my little garden. The view is excellent. The host Yiannis is very nice and helps you to find your way around and one day he surprised us with a delicious home made cake. Also Olly the nice girl who cleans the rooms made my stay special. It is centrally located and close to some lovely beaches, restaurants and the mini market.
