“Annoying check in process, great location”
Dislike the self check in and all the pre Emil’s and texts you have to sort through before even arriving. Some work on computers and phones and don’t want to deal with this on holiday. The lock on the door was very hard to use and took ages to open at times in addition to an impersonal check in process. The text once you leave saying the hotel can’t wait to welcome you back after not even interacting with a human is insincere. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Apart from that the location was great and it was spacious and pretty clean.

Easily the best thing about this property is the location . We were able to pretty much walk to everything in batroun.

The location was fantastic. Although very central, the apartment was well sound-proofed. Reliable air-conditioning, wifi, electricity, hot water etc ...currently not a given in Lebanon. As there are no bathroom hooks nor clothes hangers in the apartment, we were supplied with a drying rack within an hour after our request. The $50 safety deposit couldn't be deducted from my credit card and the management were very understanding about this situation. Excellent communication with the StayInn management team via WhatsApp.

Excellent location right in the middle of the town yet still quiet so you do not get bothered. The place is super clean and a big with an authentic vibe. The team behind are really nice and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again and recommend it!
