Broken window shade. No towels provided. Delayed check in. Un courteous reception. Tiles missing on bath floor. Cigarette buts in elevator. Bad smell Sorry choice.

The accommodation where deplorable and wasn’t clean. The appliances were dilapidated and also very rusty.
