They charged us $150 extra cause we booked trough a third party, it was dirty and there was a wall in the bathroom door,

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice and adequate.

“A nightmare”

The condition of the hotel was totally unacceptable. Our family booked 3 rooms and none of the sliding doors locked or closed properly. The beds were pushed up against the sliding doors. The rooms felt cheap. The box springs were exposed and covered with plastic. There was trash and food outside of rooms. Open and exposed vents and grates outside on the walls. We asked for a refund and did not stay.

The staff was friendly and the location was close to everything we were there for.

There is not a lot to like about the Comfort Suites in August 23. they were still renovating . The whole complex seemed run down. The breakfast never gets refreshed. The only good thing about it is the friendly and helpful staff.

There was nothing to like. When I got to the hotel after 10:30pm. They let me know that they had sent my reservation somewhere else. I wasn't informed about this. I got a cab from New Orleans to the hotel . I had to get another cab to search for this hotel that they sent my reservation to.
