The staff were absolutely amazing, patient and kind as was the food simply amazing and while definitely not a new building it has a lot of charm and its staff give it such a heart and soul and warmth I hope to remember for a long time.

“Dissapponted with facilities and staff”
There was no light in shared bathroom. When i raised it with staff they didn't seem that interested. We stayed 2 nights and Our room was not attended to - no fresh towels, room not made up

The music playing all night after they had closed the pub. Very annoying and too loud.my room was just above the stairs. Why the music???
