“Big mistake booking this place.”
Nothing I couldn’t stay at the accommodation ,the steps were far too steep to climb,the place was not very appealing,no reply to emails,request for ground apartment not answered.couldn’t use driveway,too steep and could not to go past front gate,also a large boat was parked on the nature strip.

“Dated but comfortable unit great for a family stay”
The unit is as advertised and would suit a small family visiting. It's a about a 1km walk to the swimming beach (no dogs allowed), and the beach was nice. There is an IGA nearby, and it's a short drive to Bateman's Bay. The kitchen provided cooking facilities, oven, stove top, microwave etc with ample utensils and pots/pans to allow for good self catering. Internet was fine and easy to connect to.

“It was relaxed and quiet. The facilities were organised and you could cook if you wanted to.”
No breakfast provided. The hot water was fine.
