We really enjoyed the lovely apartment & view. Not being able to access the guest portal that they wanted to use for communication instead of through booking.com as link gets removed was a bit annoying.

The layout and destination was unique.

I cannot.comment.on this apartment as when we checked in, there was no electricity., after a lovely cleaning lady (Rhonda) contacted the managing agent.(Karma) who was very good, however, the drama just started... So then were shown the only other apartment which wasn't as nice,. admittedly had some water views but also views over skip bins, container and the back of a fish and chip shop, plus some unsavoury looking units. The owner of the unit was apparently in contact with Origin Energy and the short version is the power was not put on and we stayed where we were. The company McComfy who you also deal with were very bad, not happy with any communication with them, they just told me to.look for other accommodation!!!!!. Having said all that, I was so disappointed because that apartment that I picked and paid for looked really nice.

The apartment was cosy and spacious and had a mesmerising view out to the bay. Plenty of options for viewing with outdoor seating and the lounge. The bed was very comfortable. Hot strong shower. Proximity walking distance to central Bateman’s Bay.

Very difficult process to check in on line. Had to send copy of drivers licence, this process didn’t work so sent via email. Then had to send a selfie so settled for passport photo. Kept receiving email with a link for instructions to collect keys but link was disabled.

Location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to all the main shops, absolute waterfront with superb views of the Clyde river. Very modern apartment with excellent kitchen and bathroom with plenty of storage, spacey living area, good internet, lovely balcony facing north. Also, smart TV was good size and had Netflix free of charge.

The location was fantastic, close to everything you need. The views were amazing. The apartment was well appointed and very clean and modern.

Great location, comfy bed, well fitted out for an enjoyable stay, secure parking, fabulous view of the Bay. We loved our 4 night stay.

After arrival no hot water Could not use balcony or have door open traffic noise constant even late at night. Very minimal cutlery and crockery eg no wine glasses No information as to enter car park luckily we found a cleaner to tell us what to do

Fantastic views and location. Well supplied with everything you need for a break. Great balcony. Comfortable bed with quality linen. Nicely furnished. Private parking.

Great size for a solo traveller like me or a couple. Stunning views to the East, Nth & West. I spotted a Dolphin. Has everything you need, all mod con’s; ACx2, Dishwasher, WM & Dryer. Unit presented well. The complex is really nice, very secure with underground parking. The plunge pool on level 4 has stunning views.
